Phoenix Advisory FZC LLC (“Phoenix Advisory”, “we”, “us”) is a tax and regulatory advisory practice registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. Confidentiality is central to how we work, both with our clients and with visitors to this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through phoenixadvisory.me, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: when you contact us through the form on this site, by email, or via WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message.
- Technical information: our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver the site securely. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and, where you engage us, to deliver our services.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to us in the UAE.
We do not send marketing communications unless you have asked for them, and we never sell or rent personal information.
Legal basis and applicable law
We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable UAE regulations. Where we act for clients, information is additionally protected by professional confidentiality obligations and, where applicable, the terms of our engagement letters.
Sharing and processors
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, Inc. (our hosting and form provider). Messages sent via WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp LLC under their own terms. We share personal information only with service providers necessary to operate this website, with professional advisers where required, or where the law compels us to.
Research tools and confidentiality
We use research software to search published legislation, Cabinet and Ministerial Decisions, and Federal Tax Authority guidance. That software searches public law. It does not decide your position, and it is not a substitute for advice: every conclusion we give you is reached, signed and owned by a named principal, who remains accountable for it.
Client information and engagement records are not entered into public or consumer artificial intelligence services, and we do not permit client information to be used to train any third-party model. Client records stay within our engagement systems under professional confidentiality, are accessible only to the principals working on your matter, and are disclosed to no one else without your written instruction, save where UAE law compels disclosure.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your matter and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted. Client engagement records are retained in line with UAE regulatory record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to or ask us to restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@phoenixadvisory.me.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no analytics or marketing cookies unless you allow them. On your first visit you are asked once, with equal-weight options to accept or decline, and your choice is stored on your device and respected on every later visit. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, with IP addresses anonymised. If you allow marketing, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure campaign performance. Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn act as processors of this data under their own published terms, and none of it is combined with client engagement records.
