This site uses as few cookies as it can get away with. Essential ones keep the site working. Everything else, analytics and marketing, loads only if you allow it, does nothing until you do, and can be switched off again at any time from .
Strictly necessary
Always active, because the site does not function without them. This category covers security and form-abuse protection provided by our host (Netlify), and one item of local storage, pa-consent-v1, which records the consent choice you make so we do not ask you on every visit. It contains your yes/no choices and the date you made them, and nothing that identifies you.
Analytics (optional)
Set only after you allow analytics. We use these to understand which pages help and which confuse, and to count visits, not to identify you. IP addresses are anonymised.

We do not currently use the Meta Pixel. If that changes, this policy and the consent options will be updated first.
Changing your mind
Open from any page footer, untick a category, and save. The change takes effect immediately for new activity; cookies already set can also be removed in your browser settings. Declining costs you nothing: every page, tool and guide works identically either way.
