E-Invoicing, Handled.
From 2027, every business in the UAE issues its invoices through the Federal Tax Authority’s e-invoicing system. Most businesses have no wish to build a function around that. For a limited number of them, we run it: your team keeps invoicing exactly as it does today, and the mandate is handled behind them, by us.

What changes for you
Nothing you would notice. The same people raise the same invoices in the same system, and your customers pay the way they pay now. What sits behind that, the accredited channel, the structured data, the validations, the corrections and the FTA side, is ours to run and ours to answer for. You receive a short monthly confirmation that it is done, and a call when something needs a decision that is yours to make.
What we take on
- Getting you live before your deadline, through a Ministry of Finance accredited channel
- The data: making what your invoices already say fit what the system requires, and putting it right where it does not
- Rejections and exceptions, resolved without your team having to learn why they happened
- Corrections, credit notes and the awkward transactions that do not fit the standard pattern
- Questions from the FTA that touch your e-invoicing, answered by a principal who knows your file
- A monthly confirmation that everything issued went through, and what, if anything, needs your attention
The legal obligation to issue compliant electronic invoices stays with your business. No provider, and no adviser, can take that off you, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something.
What we take on is the running of it: the channel, the data, the exceptions and the correspondence, with a named principal accountable to you for the outcome. That is the difference between a tool you have to operate and a service that operates for you.
Who this is for
Businesses that want the obligation met and their attention elsewhere. It suits owner-managed companies, professional firms, trading and services businesses, and larger groups whose UAE entity has a mandate to meet without wanting a project around it. Phase 1 businesses, with revenue of AED 50 million or more, must have a provider appointed by 30 October 2026; everyone else by 31 March 2027.
We take on a limited number of clients at a time, so that a principal can stand behind each one, and we say early where the fit is wrong. For the detail of what the mandate requires, the e-invoicing readiness page and the guide to the mandate are open to anyone. You do not need to read them to use this service.
Tell us about your invoicing
A few details are enough. A principal reads every enquiry and replies personally, usually within one business day, with a straight answer on whether we are the right fit.
